Rules for the EJC to take place

• A location and a time
• Insurance for Public Liability, Equipment, Medical, Personal Injury
• An Accident Book to record accidents
• First Aid or Medical coverage
• Permission and official authorisation for the Event.
• Co-operation with Police, Fire, Heath & Safety, Local Council Authorities.
• An authorisation from the relevent authorities that the Event is Safe
• A not-for-profit organisation, such as a Dutch Stichting, a German Verein, a French Association or a public limited and registered company which deals with accounting and legal and financial responsibilities.
• Enough space to Juggle
• Sanitary Conditions: Enough places to wash, shower. Enough Toilets
• An emergency plan.
• A budget that makes sense.
• Places to eat and drink
