Virtual European Juggling Convention Logo

Woohoo! We’re almost there!

The VEJC is around the corner, and we’re looking forward to seeing you at the weekend! We’re busily bee-working on the final touches of our Discord server, and we’ll be releasing the link on Thursday. If you haven’t registered yet, now is the time1: https://prereg.eja.net

Sneak peek onto our Discord and workshop board

Until then, have a look at our guide to our Discord server (click here) and our full schedule here (click here, note the different tabs for the days) – and maybe put in a workshop yourself?

Workshops!

The VEJC is a volunteer-run event for jugglers by jugglers; if you want to host a workshop, that would be fantastic! You will find the workshop signup form here.

Need ideas? Anything goes, really! Some examples:

  • Simple beginner 3-ball juggling stuffs
  • Acroyoga for at home
  • How to [insert something you enjoy doing that you’d like to share with others]
  • Siteswaps
  • Poi tangles
  • Introduction to [insert topic you find interesting – it doesn’t all have to be juggling!]
  • Whatever else you can think of – it’s all up for grabs!

Looking forward to what you will come up with!

Volunteering

If you don’t know what workshop to give, but would like to volunteer a bit of your time during the VEJC, you’re very welcome to help us make the VEJC an awesome experience. You can see which kind of help we need and sign up as a volunteer via this form (click here).

Emails & Tickets

Lastly, if you haven’t received your ticket, it’s likely that it went into your spam folder. If you want to help us and others that they receive our emails, please whitelist our emails. If you definitely haven’t received any emails from us, please drop us a message at prereg@eja.net and we’ll do our best to help!

We’re excited to see you all on Friday!

All the very best,

Your VEJC team
